Hi! I’m Ms. Amber, and I am so excited to be part of the Legacy Elementary family! I teach Kindergarten and First Grade Special Education, and I absolutely love getting to celebrate the growth and accomplishments of each of my students.

I graduated from Western Governors University with my degree in Special Education. Before becoming a teacher, I spent several years working in special education as a paraprofessional, where I had the opportunity to work with students with a wide variety of needs.

I believe every child is capable of learning and growing when they are given the support, encouragement, and tools they need to be successful. My goal is to create a classroom where my students feel safe, loved, included, and excited to learn.

Outside of school, I am a mom to two wonderful girls who keep me busy! I love spending time with my family, being involved in my church, crafting and creating, and cheering on the Frenship Tigers. I am so excited for a wonderful school year and feel incredibly blessed to be part of the Legacy family!
