Howdy! My name is Lauren Winston, and I am honored to begin my administrative career as the Assistant Principal of Legacy Elementary! I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, later earning a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the same university. After moving to Lubbock in 2010, I went on to earn a second master's degree in Special Education from Lubbock Christian University. I spent fourteen years teaching in Lubbock ISD before moving to Frenship ISD, where I now begin this new chapter in school leadership. My husband and I have three children, and as a family we value spending quality time together, whether we're cooking meals, hosting movie nights, or playing games.
