Hello, my name is Valerie Llanas, Legacy Elementary School Counselor. I am a proud graduate of Eastern New Mexico University and the Texas Tech University. I have experience counseling with both elementary and middle school students. As the school counselor, I am here to help students develop social and emotional learning and mental health awareness and wellbeing.  I work with students to build problem solving and conflict management skills.  I also promote College and Career Readiness for all students because it's never too early to start dreaming about the future.
