My name is Rouaa Kifou Altabaa, and I am honored to have been a member of the Frenship Family since 2016. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working alongside exceptional educators and contributing to a learning environment that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in every child.
I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education from South Plains College, where I gained a strong foundation in child development, instructional strategies, and effective classroom management. My passion for teaching has always been rooted in the belief that early education lays the groundwork for lifelong learning. I take pride in creating a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere that meets the needs of every student while helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
This year, I am thrilled to serve as the assistant to Mrs. Kauffman and Ms. Evitt. I look forward to supporting their vision for the classroom and working together to make this school year one filled with growth, achievement, and joy for our students. My role as an assistant teacher allows me to combine my organizational skills, instructional support, and creative problem-solving to ensure that both teachers and students have the tools they need to succeed.
Outside of my professional life, I am deeply grateful for the love and support of my family. I have been happily married to my husband for 26 years, and together we are blessed with five wonderful children three boys and two girls who inspire me every day. Our family recently welcomed two adorable kittens, who have quickly brought even more energy and laughter into our home. Balancing family life and my career has strengthened my time management skills and taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and adaptability qualities that I bring into the classroom daily.
As I continue my journey at Frenship, my goal is to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students by fostering a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment. I believe that when children feel valued and supported, they are more confident in exploring new ideas and developing a lifelong love of learning. I am excited about the opportunities this year holds and am confident that, together, we can create memorable and successful experiences for our Frenship family.
